It's still a beautiful light blue creme, if you can handle the thick mess. It looks baby blue in the bottle but it's a little brighter than that. You can see the application on my fingers just didn't go so well. This is three coats with seche vite on top to hide some of the flaws.
After that I put Revlon Whimsical on top. I love Whimsical, it's such a delicate glitter, and the name is perfect.
